Tutoring at Hayward Middle School
Sept. 2018 - Nov. 2018
I worked with several different Hayward 8th graders during their study halls to work on social studies projects and their math homework, primarily.
This required flexibility as different days brought different situations and tasks. All students needed support and encouragement so that they could begin to know how to work through their assignments independently after working with me.
This was my field experience for my Philosophical Perspectives in Education course.
